Giant Strides Fitness is here to help you achieve your goals! Racing season is upon us, and the San Diego Rock n’ Roll is the next big race to prepare for.
Although the race is June 1st, individual training will begins March 10th and the first group run is March 15th. If you are interested, we offer racing plans for the inexperienced runner all the way to the experienced. For just $150 you will receive a 12 week training plan as well as weekly long runs on Saturday with the group at various locations.
If you already have an idea of a plan you are more than welcome to come join us on long runs for just $5.00 a run, all group runs will begin the March 15th. Please let us know if you are interested in joining our group.

As always, Giant Strides offers classes on Monday Wednesday, and Friday from 5:45-6:45 AM at Windgate Ranch and 9:00-10:00 AM at Windgate Ranch. I also offer a 5:45-7:00 AM class on Tuesday and Thursday at Desert Willow Park in Cave Creek. I would love to see you out there! The classes are structured to focus on specific body parts during each workout. They are designed for total body conditioning and include strength and body toning exercises using resistance bands, jump ropes, and medicine balls.

Well it is finally here, our running group will begin this Saturday. We will meet this Saturday at 7:30 am at Horselovers Park on the west side of Tatum just South of the 101 for an easy 4 mile run. For the moms and dads of the group, you are more than welcome to bring your kids along in a running stroller. This run is open to anyone that would like to join in we will have runners of all different ability levels so don’t let that stop you! Please just go to the website GiantStridesFitness.com to sign up so I know who will be coming with us.
Our final goal of our running group will be the San Diego Rock n’ Roll 1/2 Marathon on June 2nd in San Diego. If you are interested I offer training plans for the beginner runner all the way to the advanced, the running plans are $150 and they will be written to meet your specific needs. Or if you would like, you can just join our group on group runs on Saturdays over the next 12 weeks, the dates, location, and time of each group run are be posted to the website.
