Well it is finally here, our running group will begin this Saturday. We will meet this Saturday at 7:30 am at Horselovers Park on the west side of Tatum just South of the 101 for an easy 4 mile run. For the moms and dads of the group, you are more than welcome to bring your kids along in a running stroller. This run is open to anyone that would like to join in we will have runners of all different ability levels so don’t let that stop you! Please just go to the website to sign up so I know who will be coming with us.

Our final goal of our running group will be the San Diego Rock n’ Roll 1/2 Marathon on June 2nd in San Diego. If you are interested I offer training plans for the beginner runner all the way to the advanced, the running plans are $150 and they will be written to meet your specific needs. Or if you would like, you can just join our group on group runs on Saturdays over the next 12 weeks, the dates, location, and time of each group run are be posted to the website.

Please just remember to register so I know that you are coming to the run. If you have any questions about the running group or are interested in a running plan please e-mail me back.
