WELL DONE MARATHON RUNNERS!

First and foremost I would like to start off by congratulating the women who participated in the Women’s Half Marathon this past weekend. All of you did an AWESOME job; and we finished 8th overall as a team. Way to go!!! I am not quite sure when the next 1/2 will be, but if you have a suggestions that you would want to do let me know.

Now that the running group is taking a break, the hiking group is back in full swing. This Sunday we will going on a 4.5 mile hike at the McDowell Mountain Sonoran Preserve at the Gateway entrance at 7:00 am. If you are interested in joining our group please register at http://giantstridesfitness.com/hiking. The hike should take about an hour to an hour and a half.

Like always the boot camps are in full swing. I have a classes at Desert Willow Park on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00-7:00 AM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30-10:45 AM. I also offer classes at Grayhawk Park on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30-10:30 AM, and Windgate Ranch on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00-7:15 AM.
