October is here and Giant Strides Fitness has some new and exiting changes coming up! Now is the time to fine tune those schedules so you can make time for yourself to join us out at a class.
Firstly, we will be holding 9:30 women’s fitness classes at Grayhawk Park and Desert Willow Park. Sessions will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning from 9:30-10:30 at Grayhawk Park and Tuesday and Thursday morning from 9:30-10:45. Each class will focus on specific body parts as well as include plyometic exercises as well as cardio exercises:
- Monday-Bicep, Chest, and Shoulders
- Tuesday-Upper Body (Back, Biceps, Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps)
- Wednesday-Back and Triceps
- Thursday-Lower Body (Legs and Abs)
- Friday-Legs and Abs
Please contact us or register through the website to let me know if you are interested in taking any of these classes.
We are also excited to announce women’s fitness classes at Windgate Ranch on Tuesday and Thursday morning from 6:00-7:15. If you are curious about Giant Strides Fitness or know of someone who might be, please invite them to come the first week in October to our Windgate location, the first two classes of the month are FREE.
If you are interested in running with a group of great women, Giant Strides offers a run group every Saturday morning. We meet at Horselover’s Park on Saturday mornings at 6:00 am. Horselover’s Park is located just south of the 101 on Tatum Boulevard. If you are interested in joining the group we would love to have you out there, please make sure to register through giantstridesfitness.com/running.aspx .
