So…are you interested in hiking? Giant Strides Fitness is now offering hiking beginner and intermediate hiking groups!

The beginner group will average 4 miles a hike, once a week. It is a great way to just get out there and see whether hiking is for you. If you’d like something a bit more challenging, try the intermediate group. These hikes will average 8 miles, also once a week, typically meet on weekends. However, on those weekends when they are back-to-back, you are more than welcome to join in both. No only is this good exercise, it’s a great way to meet people, and see some incredible views!
